Lige afsluttet et fantastisk og ikke mindst udfordrende 12 ugers program hos Rémi Fitness. Programmet blev løbende tilpasset mine behov med variationer af de forskellige øvelser, så det aldrig blev kedeligt og ensformigt. Kostplanen blev implementeret med stort fokus på, at retterne også passede ind til en børnefamilie. Rémi "holdt mig i hånden" i de hårde og demotiverende perioder, og samtidig sparkede mig fremad mod mine mål! Efter 12 uger har jeg klart nået mine mål kropsmæssigt, men bestemt også mentalt, hvor glæden ved træning er blevet en del af hverdagen!
