This the most wanted video from you guys..I often get asked for a free training program to get started with your fitness journey, and here it is!
Everything you need to know is included in the video (this is a long and intense one, so you might want to watch it a couple of times).
It is a full body workout plan which is to be performed 3 times a week for 1 month. Each training session takes roughly 30 minutes! So no excuses guys & girls! 🙂
If anything is unclear or you have ANY questions, feel free to contact me! I am the type of student who asks the teacher so many questions that they start doubting their choice of becoming a teacher…so don’t hold yourself back!! I want to give you the answers to ALL your questions (if I can), as this will increase the likelihood of you following the program to the end.
After the end of the program, you should get a new program that takes into account your new fitness level. I can help with that, or you can contact a trainer in your gym. If the demand is high enough, then I might make a video about the next step.
