If you have been wondering whether you take too much or too little rest between your training sets, then this post is for you.
Rest time in training is as important as training time, so it should be taken seriously. Too little pause can result in bad performance in the next set, and too much of pause will get you cold (mentally and physically), resulting in not only a bad performance but also a greater risk of injury.
The following table is a good guideline of how much rest you need in between your sets.
How to practically apply this information is gone through in the video. Hope you will find it useful.
